RETURNS POLICY
Eligibility:
- Items should be returned the way they were delivered
- The product must be unused and in the original sealed packaging with all parts and accessories
- The return period is 30 days from the original order date
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. We can provide a shipping label at the cost of $25, ($25 per shipment)
- Special order and custom items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
- Freight and heavy items (ex. Commercial espresso machines, large grinders, brewers, etc) have a 20% restocking fee and a $350 flat fee to cover return freight shipping.
- Items that are ordered incorrectly, used, or not in new condition when returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Perishable goods such as coffee beans cannot be returned if opened or 30 days past purchase date (unopened).
- Parts that have been used, modified or disassembled are not eligible for a return
*Some open box items are subject to no returns and will be stated in the product description
RETURNING ORDERS
Eligible to return an item? Have your order number ready and follow our simple step-by-step instructions:
- Email us to let us know the reason.
- Choose your preferred shipping method:
- Pre-paid Label: We'll provide a prepaid shipping label and RMA. Please note, a $25 shipping charge (per label) will be deducted from your refund. Commercial Equipment, over 80lbs Freight returns are charged a 20% restocking fee and a $350 flat freight fee.
- Choose your own carrier: We'll provide you with an RMA number and return address and you can ship with the service of your choosing.
- Send your return back. We’ll credit your original payment method within 10 days from when the item returns.
If choosing your own return shipping carrier, we recommend insuring your shipment to protect against loss or damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
Returns Policy on 1883 Syrups:
Eligibility:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition as when you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@two2brew.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the item back. Please note: items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you within 10 days whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
