Nestled in the heart of the Andes Mountains, the Medellín area is home to some of the finest coffee plantations in the world. The region's rich volcanic soil and perfect climate create a phenomenal flavour profile.

Medellín is the capital city of Antioquia, which is in the central region of Colombia. The city is situated at an altitude of approximately 1,500 meters above sea level, which provides an ideal environment for coffee cultivation. With a rich cultural history. Coffee has been an integral part of the region's economy and culture for more than a century. The coffee industry has played a significant role in the development of the region, and it continues to be a vital part of the local economy.

With lush greenery, rolling hills, and a warm, inviting aroma that lingers in the air. Medellin experiences a moderate climate, with temperatures ranging from 17°C to 24°C, and consistent rainfall throughout the year. On average, each one of our farming partners in this region cultivates their coffee on less than 5 acres of land. Using their own micro-mill to process harvested cherries, which allows for meticulous care in de-pulping, fermenting, and drying the coffee. Our relationship with our farming partners in this region gives us the opportunity to support the local community and establish higher earnings for the farmers and each of their families.

Our current crop from Medellin, Antioquia is processed using a process of fully washed and then sun-dried. This process can take several days, depending on the weather conditions.

So, whether you're sipping a cup in a cozy cafe or enjoying a fresh brew on the mountainside, take a moment to savor the experience. Let the flavors and aromas transport you to a world of romance and adventure, where every sip is a reminder of the beauty and wonder of life.
